MECHANISM AND MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE PROCESS OF GRANULATING THE POWDER-LIKE MATERIALS IN THE DRUM DEVICES
Journal Title: Azerbaijan Chemical Journal - Year 2017, Vol 0, Issue 1
Abstract
On the grounds of the mechanism and kinetic regularities of granule formation of powder-like materials the mathematical odel of the process in the drum devices has been constructed. It has been established that granulating powder-like materials is stochastic as received granulometric composition-poludispersed what is determined by uneven completchess of granule dependent on sizes of the binding substance, drops, particles of powder and such phenomena as coagulation, destruction wear and deformation

SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF VANADIUM(V) IN THE CLAY SAMPLES
Complexation of vanadium(V) with a reagent synthesized based on pyrogallol – 2,3,4-trihydroxy-5-sulphoazonaphtalin has been studied by spectrophotometric method. It was found that at pH=5, λmax = 437 nm intensively colo...
SYNTHESIS OF heme-DICHLOROSUBSTITUTED CYCLOPROPANES BY DICHLOROCYCLOPROPANATION OF LIQUID PYROLYSIS PRODUCTS OF THE OIL HYDROCARBONS
Under the conditions of interphase catalysis the dihlorcyclopropanation of fraction C5 of liquid pyrolysis products of the oil hydrocarbons was carried out and heme-dichlorosubstituted vinyl cyclopropanes and tetrachloro...
SYNTHESIS OF POLYIMIDES OF POLYCHLORINATED CYCLIC DICARBOXYLIC ACIDS ON THE BASIS OF DIENE–DIENOPHILIC BISIMIDES ON THE DIELS–ALDER REACTION
The conditions for the synthesis of N-aminoimides of polychlorinated cyclic dicarboxylic acids has been studied and the possibility to obtain hinge-ladder polyimides by the Diels–Alder reaction has been demonstrated
STUDY OF THE INTERACTION PLATINUM(II) AND PALLADIUM(II) SALTS WITH THE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE LIGANDS CONTAINING OXYGEN SULPHUR AND NITROGEN SULPHUR
The complexing ability of platinum(II) and palladium(II) with various oxygen-sulphur and nitrogen-sulphur donor-containing ligands in various combination of their functional groups have been studied. With this it is foun...
THERMODYNAMIC INVESTIGATION OF THE PbTe–AgSbTe2 SYSTEM BY MEANS OF EMF METHOD
2PbTe–AgSbTe2 system was investigated by measuring the electromotive force of the concentration with respect to PbTe chains in the temperature range of 300–450 K. A wide region of PbTe-based solid solutions (20–100 mol%...
