MECHANISM OF SECURITY OF FINANCIAL ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE AND ITS COMPOSITION

Abstract
The article examines the nature of financial and economic security and its place in the national security. The mechanism of management of financial and economic security of Ukraine, defines the structure and content of its main components, given their general characteristics. It is proved that in the mechanism of legal provision of financial and economic security, the legal responsibility of the subjects of financial law is carried out, since it is aimed at protecting financial legal relations by preventing, detecting and terminating offenses of financial law subjects, and in general, ensuring financial security. Consequently, the unity of the investigated elements, built on the principle of interaction – is the key to building an effective mechanism of financial and economic security. Proved that the tasks and functions of financial and economic security is carried out on certain principles and functions, and includes legal norms, legal relations in providing financial security and legal responsibility of the participants. The role of financial and legal provisions in the said mechanism (their implementation is aimed at the prevention and suppression of crime) and financial relations, including security, within which the protection of subjective rights applicable legal responsibility. The necessity of elaboration and adoption of the basic principles of the state policy in the field of ensuring financial and economic security of Ukraine in the Strategy of providing financial and economic security of Ukraine, which will be approved by the President of Ukraine, is determined.
