Mechanisms for the Structural Development of the National Economy and Dialectics of their Relationship

Abstract
Relevance of the article's topic is determined by the necessity of restructuring the national economy, increasing its competitiveness, creation of internal and external conditions for the implementation of structural and technological reforms in the basic, export-oriented industry sectors. The article is concerned with studying the regularities, principles of the structural development of the national economy, which define the operation and dialectics of its mechanisms. It is concluded that the mechanisms for the structural development of the national economy is rather a multi-vector notion, a way to change both the elements of the national economy and the relationships between them, which reflects the disappearance of the old and emerging of the new traits, properties and relations, with the underlaying unity of both the system approach and the synergy approach. It has been proven that a sustainable structural development of the national economy can ensure harmonization of both exogenous (external) and endogenous (internal) factors of the regional and sectoral policy. In the institutional environment of Ukraine, the requirements to ensure sustainable development of the national economy would be better covered by means of the holistic (integrated) approach to the regional development.
