Abstract
One of the main conditions of insurance organizations is to be able to fulfill their obligations in the insurance case. The legislation in developed countries this requirement is defined as a main activity of insurance companies as one of the guarantees fulfillment of insurance liabilities is the solvency of the insurer. She is constantly in the spotlight of the insurance companies, especially supervisory authorities and related tariff, financial, investment and reinsurance policies insurer.
