Mechanisms of Development of Life-Long Education of the Personal of the Probation Service and Imprisonment Institutions in the Conditions of the Criminal-Executive Service Reforming

Abstract
The article is devoted to actual problem on development of life-long education system of the personnel of state authorities in the period of reform, namely, the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine. The author offers the own vision of reforming strategy of system of training, retraining and advanced training of the personal of probation service and institutions of imprisonment, and also offers implementation mechanisms for the reform of the system of departmental education Criminal Executive Service personnel.
