MECHANISMS OF EFFICACY PROSTALAD IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY

Abstract
The paper studied the basic pathogenic mechanisms in the development of diabetic nephropathy with diabetes. Based on specific data pathogenesis expediency prostaladu use as auxiliary phytotherapeutic drug in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Also, the influence of the main components of the drug on humans. Prostalad - complex herbal preparation, which helps normalize the level of prostate-specific antigen in the blood of estriol and reduces lipid peroxidation in the prostate, reduces the size of enlarged prostate, normalizes urine output, reducing the clinical manifestations of BPH and has a mild anesthetic effect. Also, the drug has sedative, tonic, vazoprotektornyy, antimicrobial effect on the body, increases resistance to viral and bacterial infections, which is very important for patients with DN.
