Mechanisms of public-private partnership in the implementation of logistic infrastructure project

Abstract
In the article issues related to the use of public-private partnership in the logistic infrastructure. The article considers the peculiarities of logistics industry Ukraine, place in the rating of Logistics performance index and the cost of infrastructure as a percent GDP. A wide-spread phenomenon in the economics of different countries is an interaction between the business and the state that is called public-private partnership. Public-private partnership is examined as a mechanism for creation of a logistic infrastructure projects, organizational and economic entity of public-private partnership is revealed, its forms and models, risks between the sides of partnership are given. Despite the advantages and their effectiveness, a number of domestic of public-private partnership in infrastructure projects are scarce. We suppose, the problem is caused by imperfection of the legislation that regulates the formation and activities of logistic infrastructure and also public-private partnership, lack of investors, and lack of financing. We accept as reasonable further development of a financial initiative of the private business which has a possibility and is ready to invest in the logistics sector with the feedback in the form of state guarantees within public-private partnership that is currently one of a few tools of implementation of infrastructure projects with support from the government.
