Mechanisms of state regulation of quality assurance efficiency of financial security of the economy

Abstract
The article analyzes and assesses the assurance of state regulation of financial security of the economy. The problem of financial security and its maintenance as a phenomenon which has received recognition, both in the domestic and in the world science is considered. Today, its relevance is only growing. Financial security is an integral part of the development of the economic system, its individual components and the global community as a whole. It is determined that Ukraine’s financial security means a state of the economy in which the elimination of social tensions within the state is carried out through the growth of the welfare of the population, the growth of the prestige of the country on the world level and the priority of national interests, the establishment of the competitiveness of the newest technologies and types of production and the increase of Ukraine’s potential in foreign economic space. It is determined that if the economy is not being developed, then the possibility of its survival, as well as resistance and ability to adapt to external and internal threats, is sharply reduced. Stability and security – the most important characteristics of the economy as a single system. They should not be opposed, each of them characterizes the state of the economy. The scientific basis for solving these important public tasks is, first and foremost, theoretical work on the mechanisms of state regulation of the formation of mechanisms of financial security of the economy contained in the writings of Ukrainian scholars.
