Melhores práticas para aplicação de projetos de Gestão do Conhecimento: instituindo ambientes colaborativos

Abstract
The growing demand for the organization of knowledge has intensified the search for methods that define actions and means for the treatment of knowledge in the organizations. The aim of this study is to analyze and to research how knowledge is incorporated in society and how it is treated, considering conversion techniques of knowledge, information mediation and provision of knowledge through collaborative tools. The results show that knowledge management is lacking in applicable and it presents activities related to best practices for the implementation of knowledge management projects from the definition of a step-based process aimed to assist and to collaborate in building a collaborative environment preserving the knowledge and organizational memory.
