МЕТА ПРАВОВОГО РЕЖИМУ ТРУДОВОГО ПРАВА УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The article attempts to define the purpose of the employment law legal regime in Ukraine. It was established that in the working Code of labour laws in general this aim has been determined. However, it is proved that it requires modifications in modern conditions, since the mentioned Code can no longer cover the existing trends in the labor relations development. It is argued that the fundamental employment law (in this case, the draft Labour Code) does not necessary have to contain the described purpose, since, in this case, the aim is an idealistic model, which it is more expedient to fix in the program-strategic documents of the national level.
