ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗМІНИ УМОВ ТРУДОВОГО ДОГОВОРУ У СТРОКОВИХ ТРУДОВИХ ПРАВОВІДНОСИНАХ

Abstract
The article analyzes standarts of the labor legislation of Ukraine, which regulate the procedure of changing the conditions of an employment contract in the fixed-term labor relations. It is noted that expansion of the scope of fixed-term employment contracts use should not result in lower guarantees for employees. The new regulations of the draft Labor Code of Ukraine are covered, as well as the guarantees of labor rights of employees during their transfer to another job, moving to another place of work and in case of change of the main work conditions.
