Metamorphoses of conceptual power under the influence of historical challenges post-globalism and network-centeredness media space

Abstract
Conceptual power is considered from the point of view of the definition of action/inaction at the level of mental matrices, the operation of cultural and civilizational codes. Metamorphoses of conceptual power are studied in the context of traditional, modern and postmodern resource-methodological bases that allow setting and maintaining a vector of paradigmatic transformations, to ensure effective reformatting of public consciousness and life. At the same time, the role of the social level and of the socio-cultural content of the means for maintaining a balance of sustainability and development, general and peculiar, rhythmic and irrevocable, subjective and objective in the ratio of progress and regress of society is analysed.
