Metanol. Chromatograficzne oznaczanie w powietrzu środowiska pracy

Abstract
Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonych badań opracowano metodę oznaczania metanolu w powietrzu na stanowiskach pracy z zastosowaniem chromatografii gazowej z detektorem płomieniowo-jonizacyjnym (GC-FID). Metoda polega na adsorpcji metanolu na węglu aktywnym i desorpcji mieszaniną rozpuszczalników (disiarczek węgla, N,N-dimetyloformamid). Uzyskany roztwór jest analizowany chromatograficznie. Metoda umożliwia oznaczanie metanolu w zakresie stężeń 10 - 200 mg/m[sup]3[/sup] dla próbki powietrza o objętości 5 l. Opracowaną metodę oznaczania metanolu zapisano w postaci procedury analitycznej, którą zamieszczono w Załączniku.
