METHOD OF BUSINESS PROCESSES MODELING IN THE PROJECT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STAFF MOTIVATION PROGRAM AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article presents the development of the staff motivation program on the enterprise using the method of business process modeling. We considered such important issues as methods of staff motivation, business process modeling, software products based on the integration of CASE-technologies. As a result, a model of business processes was developed for a project of the development of the staff motivation program at the enterprise.
