ПРОБЛЕМНІ АСПЕКТИ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ОЛІЙНО-ЖИРОВОЇ ГАЛУЗІ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано деякі проблеми розвитку підприємств олійно-жирової галузі в Україні. Серед наявних проблем можна виділити такі, як недостатнє фінансування з боку держави, монополізація, низька інноваційна спрямованість, слабкий рівень систем транспортування та зберігання продукції цієї галузі. Визначено важливість їх вирішення для подальшого розвитку цієї галузі сільського господарства. Запропоновано деякі шляхи вирішення висвітлених проблем олійно-жирової галузі в Україні.
