WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BUSINESS PROCESSES

Abstract
The article considers the main issues of performance management at the micro level: factors affecting its level, the direction of its increase. The principles of compilation and mechanism for implementing productivity improvement programs are considered; the role and place of the personnel issue in the process of increasing the productivity of business processes; the need to develop a long-term strategy for improving productivity and productivity improvement programs, as well as the structure and direction of action and the basic principles that form the basis for the development and implementation of the program. The importance of enterprises orientation to business processes is disclosed.
