METHOD OF DETERMINING THE AREAS OF DYNAMIC STABILITY PARAMETERS OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The subject of the study is to determine the models and methods of dynamic stability modeling of the Ukrainian economy. The purpose of the article is to elaborate the method for determining the stability areas of Ukraine's economic development, based on a model of economic growth within the framework of the theory of dynamical systems. It is pointed out in the study that the dynamic stability of systems is one of the practical problem. it determines the area of the system parameters values which need to be managed to ensure the sustainability of the system. In recent years, more and more professionals in the field of modeling pay attention to the sustainability of economic growth in Ukraine, which forms the relevance of this article. The aim is to construct a model of the Ukrainian economy based on the Solow growth model. It is noted that the Solow growth model overcomes several limitations of Keynesian models and allows to describe the features of macroeconomic processes more accurately. It is received the simulation model researched process. Constructed method for determining the stability areas of the controllable parameters of the macroeconomic system of Ukraine is based on the theory of dynamical systems. It consists of the steps of determining the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial of the system as a function of the test parameters; obtain using symbolic computation of polynomial matrices in terms of stability and getting of symbolic determinants of matrices. It is received the transfer function of the developed model and a matrix of constant coefficients system used the condition of Lyapunov stability. To determine the stability areas there are used the algebraic criterion of Lienard-Shepherd. In the future, the promising direction of research is the development of methods for the stability limits study the dynamics of the economy of Ukraine in the conditions when the input data are uncertain.
