THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC CHANGES AT THE ENTERPRISE 

Abstract

The basic approaches to the definition of «strategic changes» and «management of strategic change» are considered, as provided foreign and domestic scientists. A study to determine the location of strategic changes in the strategic management is held. The basic approaches for designing the control algorithm strategic changes in the company are analyzed. The effect of changes in the strategy being developed now. The place and role of changes in a result of business strategy, their power to influence strategy. During the analysis has been allocated five types of strategic changes that can be implemented in the company in accordance with the chosen strategy. Under each type of changes are some advantages and disadvantages. Separately analyzed and highlighted aspects that need to pay attention at for the development of the control algorithm strategic changes. The approach for formation control algorithm strategic changes is offered. Results of the study showed that it is expedient to divide into several stages: preparatory, the main and final. According to the content of the preparatory phase is expedient to note that this is precisely the development strategy of the company. On the main stage, it is advisable to perform a number of works on the development of the policy changes. The final stage directed to assess the effectiveness of strategic changes in the company. Research subjects were theoretical approaches in the management of strategic changes at the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to determine the role, place and magnitude of the effect of changes to the strategy of the company. The study was conducted by analyzing research papers foreign and domestic scholars on the topic of the article. As a result, the author came to his own vision on the process of management of strategic changes that it is expedient to represent in a particular algorithm.
