FORMATION OF PROCESS OF IDEA GENERATION OF INNOVATION-ACTIVE PERSONNEL OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract

There were solved problems in functioning of the system of innovative development of the enterprise personnel. The author determined the content of the process of innovative development personnel and the company in general. There was analyzed the relationship between self-employment potential of the enterprise and its innovative thinking which revealed that not every employee has innovative thinking. However, the development of innovative thinking and innovative component of employees can be motivated by conducting individual and group training, as well as by self-identity. There was presented set of the most common methods of stopping innovation processes. An understanding of the steps of the innovation strategy of development of enterprise personnel, including such steps as discussions on how to interpret the concept of innovation, development of the declaration of the understanding of innovation; development of innovative strategy that will integrate all sorts of innovative efforts and support the overall orientation to innovation, bringing to the general conclusion that the innovation constitutes the objective of the organization and development of each employee’s personal and organizational innovation abilities that will be fully encouraged. It was determined that one of the most important conditions for the success of innovation is the presence of innovators or enthusiasts who care about a new idea and are willing to make every effort to put it into life. The author presented one of the directions of innovative development of staff - an innovative environment as part of the organizational culture of the company.
