Method of Numerical Modeling of Three-Dimensional Heat and Mass Transferfor Different Flow Modes
Journal Title: Вентиляція, освітлення та теплогазопостачання - Year 2015, Vol 18, Issue
Abstract
A method of numerical simulation of the dynamics of three-dimensional flow and heat and mass transfer of a viscous fluid based on the Navier-Stokes equations in the laminar, transitional and turbulent modes of motion is described. The results of numerical simulation are in good agreement with the experimental data

Efficient Organization of Air Exchange of Premises Using the Trombe-Michel Wall
Solar energy is a promising renewable energy source. One of the options for its use is passive solar heating devices. The use of the Trombe-Michel wall for heating the rooms is considered. The simplest variant is the org...
Solid Fuel Boilers Equipped With Fire Chambers Using а "Fluidized Layer"
The article describes the design of a new combustion device using the fluidized bed technology for burning low-grade coals and unconventional fuels. The experience of the development and implementation of the practice of...
Estimation of the Efficiency of Building Environment Using Influence of Several Parameters on People, Based on the Point Calculus
According to the law of optimum in ecology, each factor has a certain range (the optimum zone), in which a person feels comfort. If the factor values come out of this range, the body is depressed. When designing environm...
Geometric and Kinematic Analysis of the Turbulence Intensity of Convex Wall Jets
The turbulence intensity in wall jets, laid on a convex surface due to the Coanda effect, is determined on the basis of the geometric and kinematic analysis. The obtained maximum turbulence intensity in a section corresp...
Influence on the Environment of a Thermal Power Plant on Wood Waste
The possibility to increase the effectiveness of the solar radiation energy usage up to 30^40 percent was established. This result was achieved by heating the energy source with increased flow rate during the expanding o...
