METHOD OF REPRESENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE ASSESSMENT OF RISK OF TECHNOGENIC ACCIDENTS INCIPIENCY

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to review the formalization of knowledge about the processes of assessing the situation which is given, taking into account the uncertainty and dynamism of changes in the situation and the analysis of possible ways of developing the situation. Methodology. The availability of methods for representing and analyzing uncertainties (including subjective ones) is a prerequisite for solving the problem of recognizing the risks of man-made accidents. Therefore, logical calculations with multivalued logic or the theory of fuzzy sets can be used to handle such knowledge. Obtaining an assessment of the situation occurs with the use of a computer system and a decision support system, which increases the efficiency and accuracy of the assessment of the situation. The formalization of the problem of recognition of situations on the basis of the axiomatic approach, provides for the construction of a formal theory of the subject domain within the framework of a constructive formal system. Results. A formal apparatus for describing the process of the automated recognition of emergencies of technogenic nature have been developed using intelligent information technologies. Originality. Based on the method of recognition theory and the theory of intelligent systems, we have developed a method for representing knowledge in assessing the risk of anthropogenic accidents, the implementation of which involves solving both computational and logical-analytical problems, which is due to the application of artificial intelligence methods. Practical value. The formalized axiomatic theory makes it possible to treat the subject domain as a complex dynamic system consisting of objects of a different nature, the totality of which, together with their possible imprints (morphisms), determine the correspondence of situations to the described risk. The developed formal device allows you to transfer the received formal description of the domain to the decision support systems and use it when processing information about the state of the domain.
