Method of the video footage segments restoration on the basis of reconstruction of two-dimensional structural transformant representation in the conditions of information integrity maintaining

Abstract
The significance of distant video information services with use of airmobile basing platforms for increase in effective management of the departmental organizations is justified. System problems concerning lowering of a dynamic video resource information intensity on the basis of the standardized information technologies of processing and transmission of frames flow in the conditions of the required level of syntax and semantic integrity of information support are shown. It is justified that additional R-type frames information intensity is in the given conditions on information integrity within localization of an imbalance between amount of the reduced psychovisual redundance and level of the entered distortions. It is for this purpose offered to consider new structural regularities which are created in the course of two-dimensional spectral structural space formation, namely to realize its retransformation. The Creation of a vector reconstruction method of the condensed chipboard of space identifier on the basis of its two-stage identification by double-base object and positional decoding in the existence of conjugate inequality between elements conditions with non-uniform quantity and context-dependent is caried out.
