METHODICAL APPROACH TO EVALUATION OF THE STATE AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY OF NOVATORS AT THE MESORY

Abstract
The existing methodical toolkit for assessing the state of creativity of novators at the regional level is explored. It is noted that before evaluating the creativity of novators it is necessary to approach systemically, taking into account all the components that affect it. The methodical approach to assessing the status and prospects of creativity of novators based on the use of a priori ranking methods and integral indicator is developed. The distribution of the assessment indicators into three groups according to the level of influence (direct, partial and probable) is substantiated.
