Methodical Approach to the Assessment of the Impact of Information and Communication Technologies on the Efficiency of the Enterprise

Abstract
In the article the methodical approach to the assessment of the influence of information and communication technologies on the efficiency of the enterprise’s operation, it is based on the identification of the main characteristics of the object of control of the system and the external environment of its functioning are proposed. From an information point of view, such characteristics are complexity and dynamism that can assess the value of the IKT system. The effect of information activity and the effect of the use of information consist of economic, technical and social are determined.
