METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF SOCIOECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article the natural of the agricultural enterprises development on the basis of socioeconomics has been elaborated. The questions of socioeconomics development of agricultural enterprises have not received adequate attention. Elaboration of the methodical approaches for the assessment of the level of socioeconomics development of agricultural enterprises is based on the fact that their production and business activities are carried out in conditions of market economy, provides a profit for the implementation of advanced socioeconomics reproduction, ensures meeting the expectations of stakeholders, ensure the preservation of the natural environment, is the key to successful development in the long term. It has been determined the assessment of socioeconomics development is based on principles such as consistency, comprehensiveness, objectivity, dynamism, continuity, optimality. The approach to the determination of the effectiveness of socioeconomics development of agricultural enterprises by the system of indexes, the subsystems of which are characteristics of the overall level of socioeconomics development of the entity; assess of the effectiveness of the internal component of the enterprise socioeconomics development; diagnosis of external aspect of enterprise socioeconomics development in terms of its activity in the solution of diverse problems of the rural communities has been proposed.
