METHODICAL APPROACHES TO FORMING THE BANK MARKETING STRATEGY

Abstract

The methods of strategic analysis for the formation of the bank's marketing strategy were explored. The weaknesses and strengths of approaches to the formation of the bank's strategy were determined. The expediency of using the SPACE model for forming the bank's strategy was substantiated. The indicators’ system of banking activity for the SPACE model was developed. The SPACE methodology was tested using the example of the PJSC «PUMB» bank.
