Abstract
In the article, the issues of the evolution of the main theoretical and methodological approaches assess the economic efficiency of enterprise information systems have been investigated. The work of scientists on the selection and characterization of indicators to measure the economic efficiency of enterprise information systems was studied in order to reduce the asymmetry of information and asynchrony. The main causes of asymmetry and asynchrony information when forming KPI IS for evaluating the economic efficiency of the enterprise information systems were identified
