METHODICAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTION OF THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE ON ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The main approaches to diagnosis of socio-psychological climate are investigated in the article. The three-step evaluation procedure of diagnosing and correction of the socio-psychological climate (identifying the micro- and macro-environmental factors which are forming socio-psychological climate, diagnosing its current state, correction of the climate) is proposed. The scale which allows to determine the favorableness degree of socio-psychological climate is formed. The formulas which allow to calculate integral indicators of socio-psychological climate for each administrative department of the enterprise management and separately for the company as a whole are proposed. The methodical provisions concerning diagnosis and correction of the socio-psychological climate of collectives are developed, using which allows the managers to be able to evaluate the climate as fully as possible and to make informed decisions on the choice of measures to improve its condition.
