METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH FOR ESTIMATION OF THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF UKRAINIAN REGIONS

Abstract
In the article the methodical approach to estimation of innovation development level of Ukrainian regions based on mathematically proved system of indicators had developed. Using statistical factor analysis, the main influence factors of the regions innovation development level had identified. There are innovation potential of the region, the innovation activity of its industrial enterprises and the level of innovation in the region. To estimate the innovation development level of Ukrainian regions had suggested on the basis of the calculation of the index rating.
