FORMATION AND PROBLEM SITUATION ANALYSIS OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE AS THE STAGE OF MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article investigates one of the main stages of the decision-making process is the formation and analysis of problem situation. A special role in this is played by the correct formation of a solution, which is impossible to implement without forming and deep analysis of the problem situation. At the same time, at the stage of solution forming, the following subtasks are implemented: analysis of the problem situation; formation of goals and decision limitations; formation and evaluation of alternative solutions. The task of this study is to identify and analyze the problem situation.
