THE SUBJECT OF INFRINGEMENT DURING THE FRAUD RELATED TO THE CREDIT UNION ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the subject of infringement during the fraud related to the activities of the credit union. The views expressed in the legal literature on the understanding of the general concept of the subject of infringement are analyzed. The range and nature of objects that may be the subject of infringement on the considered category of crimes are viewed.
