METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE HYGIENIC ESTIMATION OF THE DIFFICULTY OF EDUCATIONAL DISCIPLINES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Based on the research, a methodical approach to the hygienic assessment of the complexity of academic disciplines of higher education institutions was developed on the basis of an integrated assessment of the intellectual, physical and psycho-emotional component of the lesson. The components of the methodological approach are the five stages of a consistent assessment of academic disciplines, regardless of specialty, course, semester and type of institution of higher education. Hygienic assessment of class schedules in institutions of higher education makes it possible to make recommendations on how to optimize the educational process from the point of view of creating a health-forming educational environment based on an individual approach.
