IMPACT OF MULTIETHNIC TRANSCARPATHIAN ENVIRONMENT TO THE MULTICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER’S COMPETENCE

Abstract
The article reveals the key components of multicultural teacher’s competence, describes the ways and means of their formation for foreign language teacher. The author points out the multidimensional approaches of scientists to the examination of the problem of foreign language teacher’s training to professional work in the multicultural environment, stresses out the need to obtain a certain level of multicultural education. Multicultural competence of the teacher is seen as a necessary condition for the process of multicultural education and as an integrated characteristic of professionalism.
