Abstract
The paper presents the complex analysis of the scientific and reviewing reception of the author's series “Potteriana” by J. K. Rowling as the specific phenomenon of modern literature. A question is put about correlation of mass literature and quality texts, about the borders of concepts of mass and high literature.
