METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

The methodological approaches to the formation of organizational competence of future technology teachers in the process of their continuous professional training are revealed. The author's interpretation of the concept "approach" as a pedagogical category, which characterizes the most general strategy of forming of the organizational competence of future technology teachers is provided. It is shown that the systemic, personal-activity, competence and context approaches, as well as their varieties, are most significant for forming of the organizational competence of future technology teachers. It is proved that in order to synthesize all approaches considered by us, in the context of forming of the organizational competence of future technology teachers it is expedient to use a dominant-target approach in the process of continuous professional training. The essence and possibilities of the dominant-target approach to the formation of organizational competence of future technology teachers are revealed.
