METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING EFFICIENCY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF TARGETED SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS OF THE REGION

Abstract
The article considers methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of implementing targeted programs for the development of social infrastructure in the region. The substantive directions of the assessment based on budgetary, extrabudgetary and social efficiency have been developed by differentiating the target indicators, which allow assessing the previous, intermediate and final stages of the target program implementation in accordance with the rating structure. The proposed evaluation mechanism is based on the principles of effective management, which allows using the programtarget planning method as an effective tool for solving complex social problems.
