METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF SMALL ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT AS AN OPEN SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Abstract
The article analyzes the methodological approaches to the analysis of management of small enterprises, as an open socio-economic system. The features of the management system of small enterprises in the present conditions are revealed. Management functions are defined. The process of planning, which defines production tasks, norms and norms of resource consumption per unit of production, the estimate of production costs by the divisions of the enterprise, financial resources of economic activity is characterized.
