METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The article analyses the existing approaches to the evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise management system. It is indicated on their shortcomings, which may lead to misconceptions about the state of management at the enterprise. Proposals on the methods of evaluation of the management system taking into account management functions are formed, which will allow assessing the existing state of management and, in the future, choosing the right directions of the transformation of the enterprise management system.
