Methodological approaches to the formation of a system of socio-economic support for persons with disabilities.

Abstract
The article substantiates the features of the formation of the system of socioeconomic support for persons with disabilities. Methodological approaches to the formation of a system of socio-economic support for persons with disabilities (component, functional, structural, integrative) are defined. Systematization of the principles of the system of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities and their essence (methodical and organizational) has been carried out. It is proved that the success of functioning both of the whole system of socio-economic provision for persons with disabilities in general and of its individual components depends to a large extent on how complex and systematically the approach to its institutional regulation is implemented. The methods of institutional regulation of the system of social and economic provision of persons with disabilities have been identified. The proposed structure of key elements of the system of socio-economic provision for persons with disabilities.
