Abstract
У статті проведено моніторинг проблемних питань, що виникають при гарантуванні діяльності органів фінансового контролю в Україні. Виокремлено проблеми теоретиконаукового, нормативно-правового і організаційного характеру. Запропоновано авторське бачення шляхів їх вирішення, зокрема, нормативно-правового урегулювання такого гарантування в спеціальному законі у сфері державного (публічного) фінансового контролю
