Methodological aspects of activity of the National police

Abstract
The article deals with methodological aspects of activity of the National police of Ukraine. In the article basic methods are studied in legal researches, in particular in relation to problem questions in activity of the National police of Ukraine. Deep categories of our research - activity of the National police of Ukraine, methodology, legal system and other, have a prominent value, so as determine the vector of scientific research, and their validity and subject conditionality do possible the achievement of sound conclusions, formulation of the self-weighted suggestions in relation to the decision of immediate problems in relation to determination of methodological aspects of activity of the National police of Ukraine. It became clear that for objectivity of research it is needed to use complex and system all methods of scientific research. Research of genesis of the National police of Ukraine grounds to assert that, in spite of considerable achievements, reformation of the system of police needs further perfection, that is why we can not fully give up philosophical facilities of research. Methodology of scientific cognition is studies in relation to principles of construction, form, methods of scientific cognitive activity, in fact method it is objective - by subjective formation. Thus, that is why a further analysis requires the ground of the best methods of cognition in activity of the National police of Ukraine.
