METHODOLOGICAL GUIDELINES FOR THE INSURANCE RELATIONS FUNCTIONING IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR

Abstract
The article presents the components of the methodology formation and the insurance relations organization process in the agrarian sector. Specification of the methodological transformation stages aimed at providing insurance coverage of agricultural risks has been made. The emphasis is placed on the need to increase the institutional capacity of all participants in the insurance market. Proposals for the targeted measures systematization for the agrarian insurance development in the form of a “Road Map” for 2019–2024 have been developed. The necessity of using agrarian insurance opportunities in sustainable rural areas development has been argued.
