METHODOLOGICAL MAINTENANCE FOR ESTIMATION OF INTERNAL SYNERGY IN THE ENTERPRISES ACTIVITIES

Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the procedure of estimation synergistic effects caused by the interaction of companies' strategic business units. The essence and structure of internal synergy are disclosed. In this way, there are eight kinds of synergies have been identified: operating, functional, marketing, financial, managerial, strategic synergies, synergy of diversification and global integrated synergy. Its emphasized , that synergy effect could be: positive, negative, zero. Proposed by the author algorithm consists of seven successive steps: strategic segmentation of the company (identification of strategic business units), selection of interaction spheres and determination of their weight, selection of interaction specific types and determination of their weight, evaluation of the cooperation between SBU for allocated interaction spheres due to DEMATEL, evaluation global synergy by interaction spheres, partial matrices and integrated model "Interaction-Synergy" construction, detailed results presentation and justification of strategic recommendations. Taking into account variety of characteristics of modern enterprises, it is impossible to develop the universal framework of interaction their strategic business units. Thereby, as a conclusion, author represents some practical recommendation regarding improving internal synergies, which could be adapted for different enterprises.
