METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF ACQUIRING THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF JURISPRUDENCE BY POSTGRADUATES OF TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATIONAL FIELD

Abstract
The necessity of acquiring the basic knowledge of jurisprudence and legal culture by postgraduates of technological educational field has been substantiated in this article. This is explained by the use of this knowledge in the sphere of patent science, copyright and intellectual property. The methodological principles of acquiring the basic knowledge of jurisprudence and legal culture by postgraduates of technological educational field, which have been implemented in educational and work programs for optional subject “Patent science, copyright and intellectual property”, are presented. The key elements of the programs such as the description of the subject; main studying results and competences they form; the division of topics according to educational modules within 4 credits ECTS (120 hours) and the contents of the topics; optional topics for seminars; optional topics for unsupervised activities, have also been presented in the article.
