METHODOLOGY OF ESTABLISHING OF THE FACTORS' INFLUENCE ON VOLUMES OF LEGAL SERVICES’ REALIZATION IN THE REGION

Abstract
It is suggested in the article that an insufficient activity of the population as a client segment on the legal services’ market may be related to two factors – growth (decrease) of the level of household spending and a low level of legal culture. Activation of business segment is directly connected with the level of increase of business activity of enterprises and institutions of the region. To determine the evidence of connections between the two pairs of factors author applied the method of correlation analysis.
