METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT OF SPECIFIC AND INTEGRATED TYPES OF RISKS OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY IN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
In the article the methodology of management of specific and integrated types of risks of investment activity in housing construction is considered, which includes planning, identification and risk assessment. It is determined that at the stage of risk identification the process is subjective in nature, it is based on the experience of heads and is very difficult to systematize. In order to consider a diverse picture of the consequences of investment activity, complex methods for assessing risks, the analysis of the sensitivity of projects, the analysis of project scenarios, the method of simulation modeling, the "decision tree" method are justified.
