Methodology of modelling of budget system of Ukraine

Abstract
The problems of budget system functioning, principles and kinds of budget balancing are discussed in the article. The system approach gives the possibility to distinguish budget system structure model from country strategies of economic development. У статті розглянуто питання функціону-вання бюджетної системи, принципи і види бюджетного збалансування. Системний підхід дозволяє відокремити структурну модель бюджетної системи від стратегії економічного розвитку.
