THE ANALYSIS OF METHODS OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS BUSINESS REPUTATION STRATEGIC FACTORS IDENTIFICATION

Abstract

The basic components of the organization strategic capabilities are analyzed in the article. The problems of organizations to search and identify strategic potential are investigated. The choice of resources will underlie the corporation strategy are justified. The basic methods of the strategic potential of the corporation diagnosing are proposed. Recommendations to identify unique resources and core competencies that will allow corporations to become market leaders and confront crises are evaluated.
