Methodology of research of production efficiency of milk-processing enterprises

Abstract
The article presents results of research on approaches to formation of methods of scientific investigation of efficiency of milk-processing enterprise operation and their generalization as well as composition of the most optimal variants of them, basing on the received results and considering methods of mathematic formalization of economic phenomena and processes in dairy subcomplex of AIC.
