The aim of the present phonetic experiment research is to identify phonetic features of interference by establishing patterns of generation of the interfered phonetic system of Slovak bilingual’s English speech and features identification of national and individual character with peculiar pronounced accent in interfered English speech. The choice of the Slovak ethnic sociolinguistic system is proved by the fact that Slovak language is currently being under formation because of political processes and, conseuently, is more dynamic. The stages of phonetic experiment research conduction are revised. The tasks for auditor informants and auditor phoneticians are defined. The prosodic parameters which were under analysis during acoustic research are stated as well.
